FileCobra ("we", "our") is committed to respecting user privacy. Downloading open-source and freeware software tools should not require trading away personal information. FileCobra does not require user accounts, passwords, or credit cards.

2. Zero Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

We do not collect names, phone numbers, home addresses, or financial information from visitors.

3. Technical Server Logs & CDN

Our edge delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare Inc.) automatically collects non-identifiable technical metadata such as browser user-agent, IP address (for automated DDoS protection and bot mitigation), and requested resource paths.

4. LocalStorage & Preferences

We store your saved bookmarks and UI theme preference (Dark Mode / Light Mode) inside your browser's client-side LocalStorage. This data remains on your local device and is never sent to third-party databases.
